is one of North America's leading authorities on understanding youth.

Fashion 18 Magazine, Much Music) on what makes youth tick! Karyn has coached thousands of teens, parents and adults on a
variety of sensitive issues including: self-esteem, anger,
relationship conflicts, eating disorders, communication
difficulties, self-destructive behaviour, depression, anxiety,
divorce and blended families. Trained in marriage and family
therapy, Karyn’s style is solution-focused and pragmatic.
Her passion is helping people understand themselves so they can
reach their full potential - specifically - helping teens reach
their full potential and helping parents learn how to connect
with their teen. Karyn has a Bachelor in Psychology, a
Masters in Counseling and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family.*
“I was anti-counseling until
I met Karyn. She was very down to earth. I had a lot of anger
problems - I was freaking out on everyone in my life. She really
helped me learn how to deal with things.”
Male, Age 18
“Karyn taught my husband
and me to set boundaries and really teach responsibilities to
our children. We were losing our minds before we started
coaching. I would recommend coaching to anyone who has
children.”
Mother of 2 teens
