“I was anti-counseling until I met Karyn. She was very down to earth. I had a lot of anger problems - I was freaking out on everyone in my life. She really helped me learn how to deal with things.”

“Karyn taught my husband and me to set boundaries and really teach responsibilities to our children. We were losing our minds before we started coaching. I would recommend coaching to anyone who has children.”
