Erika Schryer
Registered Massage Therapist
From hospitals to spa settings to corporate placements, Erika
Schryer has applied the healing benefits of massage to a wide
range of individuals, young and old. A graduate of Centennial
College’s Massage Therapy program, Erika believes massage is an
essential element in every person’s overall wellness, even
infants. Part of Erika’s practice includes treating infants and
teaching the techniques to their parents. Through Erika’s
coaching, parents have used massage therapy to aid in their
infants’ digestion, sleep patterns and overall parent-child
bonding. Scar treatment is another area of Erika’s expertise.
Clients have used Erika’s massage therapy to break-down scar
tissue, increase mobility and visibly reduce the sign of
scarring. Whether you need a relaxation massage, or need to
treat a specific injury, Erika is excited to be a part of your
wellness plan.
“I never knew massage could
have such an impact on my baby. Erika was so good. I could see a
visible difference in my baby’s sleep patterns, digeston, and moods.”
Mother, age 36
“I can’t believe I waited so
long to have a massage! I don’t remember the last time I felt
this relaxed.”
